With our free and easy return policy, exchanging or returning an item has never been more convenient.

Try your purchase in the comfort of your home and let us know if you would like a different size or a refund and we will collect the package from your home, work or an alternative address.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can:

  • Create your return or exchange request here 
  • Book your return pick up
  • Send your purchase back to us

Items must be returned to us, unused, unaltered and with all AMPM tags and labels still attached. We will not be able to accept returns that do not meet these guidelines.

In case your purchased item was specifically customised / altered for you, we won’t be able to take returns. 

Need a Different Size?

There is no extra cost to exchange your purchase.

If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a credit note and purchase the new item separately. Our customer care team is happy to help you through this process.

Receiving a Refund

You can choose to receive your refund either as a credit note in your AMPM account or back to the original payment method.

If your order has been sent to a destination outside of India, any applicable custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through AMPM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

Please note that it will take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item to process your refund. This is due to varying processing times between payment providers. Trust that you will be patient with us.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience easier. We do, however, monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns flagged by our system. This may, at our discretion, lead to a word of caution shared with you by our customer care team and further lead to closure of your AMPM account.

Cancelling an Order?

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of placing the order and we will look into it for you.

    Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online from a third-party website, any of our retail stores or vice versa. We also do not give any refund or return on our products bought on Sale or Special/Discount Offers.
